The Ambassador attended the official reception held on the occasion of Slovenia's Statehood Day

On June 24, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Slovenia, at the invitation of the President, National Assembly and Government of Slovenia, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian participated in the state solemn celebration dedicated to the Statehood Day. The Ambassador had brief talks with Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Tone Kajzer, newly appointed State Secretary of the Ministry Stanislav Raščan, and Andrej Černigoj, Member of the Slovenian National Assembly, Chairman of the newly established Slovenia-Armenia Friendship Parliamentary Group.
