The Ambassador participated in the commemorative ceremony marking the 84th anniversary of the Nazi destruction of the village of Lidice during the Second World War

On June 13, Armenian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Ashot Hovakimyan participated in the official commemoration and wreath-laying ceremony held in Lidice marking the 84th anniversary of the Nazi destruction of the village during the Second World War.
The Ambassador also visited the 54th International Children’s Art Exhibition in Lidice to view exhibits submitted by participants from 70 countries, including those from Armenia.
