On November 27, during the working visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian in Sarajevo held meetings with Edin Dilberović, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH; Emina Merdan, Assistant Minister for Multilateral Relations; and Momir Brajić, Assistant Minister for Bilateral Relations.

Ambassador Hovakimian provided his counterparts with a comprehensive overview of the Armenian Government’s peace agenda, including the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative aimed at reopening regional communication routes. The parties exchanged views on advancing the bilateral agenda across various areas, as well as on issues of shared interest related to European integration.

On November 28, the Ambassador held a meeting with Tarik Zaimović, Rector of the University of Sarajevo. The interlocutors discussed prospects for cooperation in scientific, educational, and academic fields and explored opportunities for developing partnerships with academic institutions in Armenia.

Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian met also with François Delmas, the French Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
