On September 29, within the framework of the working visit to Croatia, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian visited the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences in Zagreb, where he was received by the Director of the Institute, Željko Holjevac. The meeting was attended by Vinicije Lupis, head of the Institute's Regional Center in Dubrovnik, a well-known Croatian Armenologist, author of numerous books and articles dedicated to Armenian culture and history, and Armenian-Croatian historical ties.
During the meeting, the possibilities of cooperation and implementation of joint projects between the Ivo Pilar Institute of Social Sciences and scientific, academic and research institutions of Armenia were discussed.
