On December 4, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian hosted the Head of Unit of the Council for Minority Affairs and Secretariat of the Government Council for National Minorities, Kateřina Bursíková Jacques. The interlocutors discussed the legislation on national minorities living in the Czech Republic, the necessary steps and opportunities for the formation of communities. The Ambassador provided information about the Armenians in the Czech Republic. The Ambassador also briefed the interlocutor about the security situation in the South Caucasus, the steps taken to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
