On January 19, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization and Minister for Regional Development of Czechia Ivan Bartoš.

A wide reference was made to the Armenian-Czech bilateral agenda, in particular, the possibilities of expanding bilateral cooperation and exchange of experience in the field of high technologies; the prospects for the development of interregional cooperation and the implementation of the new programs were discussed.

The Ambassador briefed the interlocutor on the difficult humanitarian situation due to the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, and the details of the violation of humanitarian law by Azerbaijan, emphasizing the importance of international responses and effective steps.
