On January 13, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the National Security Advisor of Czechia, Prime Minister’s Advisor on European Affairs and Deputy Minister for European Affairs Tomáš Pojar.

A broad reference to the Armenian-Czech bilateral agenda was made. The Ambassador presented to the Advisor the difficult humanitarian situation as a result of the blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the policy of Azerbaijan to subject the Armenians of Nagorno Karabakh to ethnic cleansing, emphasizing in this context the need for international clear appeals and targeted steps.
