On August 23, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian had a warm and meaningful meeting with the newly elected rector, the very first woman rector in the history of the Prague's Charles University, Professor Milena Králíčková. A detailed reference was made to the effective cooperation between the Armenian side and Charles University and new joint projects in various fields, the prospects for the development of Armenian studies, and the activation of partnership relations with Yerevan State University.

The interlocutors noted with satisfaction that many citizens of Armenia and Armenians from different countries receive quality education and qualifications at Charles University.
