On December 20, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian met with Marek Benda

On December 20, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian visited Marek Benda, leader of the ruling Civic-Democratic Party (ODS) faction in the newly elected Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, Chairman of the Czech-Armenian Parliamentary Friendship Group of the previous convocation. Congratulating Mr. Benda on his election, and conveying him best wishes for Christmas, the Ambassador informed about the internal developments in and the external challenges faced by Armenia, highly appreciating Mr. Benda's efforts in developing the Czech-Armenian relations and supporting Armenia in difficult times.
