On April 10, 2021 the article ,,Hatred against Armenians - the state policy of Azerbaijan,, by the First Secretary Anahit Karapetyan and First Secretary, Consul Manvel Avetisyan of the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia to the Czech Republic, accredited to Montenegro, was published on the Montenegrin „CDM“ portal.
