Will Turkey complete the Armenian genocide?

In no way I had the intention to interfere in the polemics between the Turkish Ambassador to Prague and journalist Pavel Kopecky. However, since Ambassador Bagis dares in his response to assess the situation on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and undermines the Turkish role in its escalation, I will be very direct in saying that the Turkish Ambassador is simply lying. It is Turkey and its President Erdogan that are politically and militarily supporting the Azerbaijani aggression against the people of Artsakh and their right to live freely in their historic motherland, deliberately obstructing the establishment of the humanitarian cease-fire, three times agreed between the parties. It is Turkey and its President Erdogan that are supplying the Azerbaijani army with lethal weapons. It is Turkey and its President Erdogan that are recruiting and sending to the zone of conflict thousands of foreign terrorist fighters from the Middle East. It is Turkey and its President Erdogan that not just don’t want peace in the region, but have the intention of carrying out a second genocide of the Armenian people on the last piece of their historical homeland, as did their spiritual and political fathers over a hundred years ago in the Ottoman Empire.

It is hypocritical, how the Ambassador tries to explain to the Czech reader that President Erdogan is neither an autocrat nor a new sultan or an Islamic radical, but rather a conservative democrat, who is even fighting terrorism. The traditional Islam is a very deep, peaceful and respected religion. But Mr. Erdogan’s behaviour is not peaceful, he is rather an instigator of hatred and radical nationalism, which is directed against Armenians, Greeks, Cypriots, Arabs, Kurds, Yezidis, Assyrians and many others, mostly Europeans, who are standing in the way of his expansionistic policy.
