Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Tomáš Petříček

On November 2 Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Tomáš Petříček. The Ambassador presented to the Minister and called for condemnation of the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, of the Turkey's military-political involvement in the war and of it’s transfer of mercenaries and FTFs to the region to fight against the people of Artsakh, of the violations of the agreements on the humanitarian ceasefire and gross violations of the humanitarian law by the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem, including the facts of the use of cluster and phosphorous bombs of mass destruction against the civilian population, thus proving once again the genocidal intent of the adversary. The Ambassador especially stressed that the realities once again prove that the only way out of the given situation is to apply the principle of "remedial secession" and the recognition of the right of Artsakh for freedom. Both sides reaffirmed their conviction that there is no alternative to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Ambassador stated, that the Armenian side is ready for compromises, but never - for concessions.
