Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian hosted the member of the Czech Republic - Armenia Interparliamentary Friendship Group Jan Bartošek

On July 20, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian hosted at the Embassy the Chairman of the Political Group of the Christian and Democratic Union - Czechoslovak People's Party (KDU-ČSL) of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, member of the Czech Republic - Armenia Interparliamentary Friendship Group Jan Bartošek. Ambassador briefed in details Mr. Bartošek on the military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Armenia, targeting the civilian infrastructure and population, threats to launch a missile strike at the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, the unconditional support to the aggressive actions of Azerbaijan by the leadership of Turkey. The prospects for continuation of the Armenian-Czech Interparliamentary cooperation were also discussed.
