Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil

On June 30, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Miloš Vystrčil. The Ambassador thanked the President of the Senate for the adoption of the resolution dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the end of WWII, which also condemns the crimes against humanity committed during the two World Wars, including the Genocide perpetrated against the Armenians in the Ottoman Empire, and Mr. Vystrčil personally as a Senator, for his support to the resolution. The interlocutors discussed a number of issues related to the Armenian-Czech bilateral agenda and the dynamics of its development, touched upon the situation in both countries caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
