Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian paid a working visit to Zagreb

On October 7, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian paid a working visit to Zagreb, where he had a meeting with Petar Mihatov, Director General of Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia.

Ambassador Hovakimian presented the security situation in the South Caucasus, the latest developments in the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Prospects of further activation and expansion of bilateral relations, developments in the South Caucasus and the Western Balkans, and cooperation on international platforms were discussed.

On the same day, Ambassador Hovakimian visited Croatian engineering and construction company "IGH Institute", which in June of the current year signed a memorandum of understanding with the Urban Development Committee of Armenia for cooperation in the field of construction. Issues related to further cooperation were discussed with Robert Petrosyan, Director of the Management Board of "IGH Institute".
