Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian participated in the works of the third international conference "Yerevan Dialogue"

On May 5-6, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian participated in the works of the third international conference "Yerevan Dialogue".

The following representatives from the countries, to which the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Prague is accredited, participated in the conference:

- From Serbia - a delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić, including the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Damjan Jović and Secretary General Dušan Kozarev; the Minister for Gender Equality, Prevention of Violence against Women and Economic and Political Empowerment Tatjana Macura, publisher and journalist Robert Čoban, political scientist and journalist Biljana Šahrimanjan Obradović, political analysts Igor Novaković, Dušan Proroković and Darko Obradović;

- From Croatia - Andrea Metelko-Zgombić, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs; Ivan Račan, Deputy Chair of the European Affairs Committee of the Parliament, Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Croatian Delegation to PACE, Domagoj Hajduković, former Member of Parliament, President of the Centre for International Relations in Osijek;

- From Slovenia - Ambassador Simona Leskovar, Program Director of the Bled Strategic Forum, and former Deputy Prime Minister, Professor at the University of Ljubljana, Jernej Pikalo. A panel discussion was co-hosted by the Bled Strategic Forum on May 6;

- Dominika Hajdu, Director for Policy and Programming at GLOBSEC. On May 6, within the framework of the Yerevan Dialogue international conference, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and GLOBSEC. A panel discussion on EU’s Enlargement Shift for the South Caucasus was co-hosted by GLOBSEC on May 6.
