On January 27, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian presented the newly appointed Armenian military attaché to the Czech Republic, Colonel Arayik Barseghyan, to the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic

On January 27, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian presented the newly appointed Armenian military attaché to the Czech Republic, Colonel Arayik Barseghyan (based in Berlin), to the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Republic, Lieutenant General Miroslav Hlaváč.
The First Deputy Chief of the General Staff congratulated the Armenian military attaché on his appointment and wished him success in his work. The meeting addressed the bilateral agenda and issues related to regional security.
On the same day, meetings were also held with Jan Husák, Director of the Foreign Activities Directorate of the General Staff of Czechia, and Simona Bučilová-Altschulová, Head of the International Cooperation Branch of the Czech Ministry of Defense. A brief presentation on the Czech security system was organized for the Armenian military attaché.
