On September 18, at the Jakubska Gallery in Prague, the Teryan Cultural Center presented the "French Rhythms", a creative fashion exhibition of futuristic clothing, inspired by the music of Charles Aznavour, and dedicated to his memory. This innovative project was created by Armenian artists Lilit Melikyan and Christina Mkrtchyan, and inaugurated with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia. The exhibition of the collection in Prague, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia and the 100th anniversary of Charles Aznavour’s birthday, was organised by the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Jakubska Gallery.

The event was opened with welcome remarks by Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian and Director of the Teryan Cultural Center Lilit Melikyan. Among the attendees were Ambassadors of France, Austria, Romania, Serbia and Kazakhstan, the Chargés d’affairs of Syria, Deputy Heads of Missions of Italy and Ukraine, diplomats, artists, journalists, Czech Armenian artists and members of the Armenian community.
