On September 15, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian with spouse attended the opening concert of the 57th season of the Pardubice Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra.

Renowned Armenian pianist and conductor Vahan Mardirossian, who has performed on prestigious stages across Europe and Asia, appeared for the first time as the Orchestra's new Chief Conductor.

The program featured works by Lully, Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, and Mozart, with cello soloist Yibai Chen, laureate of the Queen Elisabeth Competition.

After the outstanding performance, Maestro Mardirossian and the Orchestra received a long and heartfelt ovation from the audience.

The concert was held under the auspices of the Embassy of Armenia in the Czech Republic.
