On January 28, the Third Secretary of the Embassy, Consul Emma Paravyan attended a round-table discussion titled "Pathways to Effective Employment of Foreign Workers", organized by the Czech office of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) of the United Nations. The event brought together several diplomats from the targeted countries, accredited in the Czech Republic .

The discussion focused on recent amendments to the Czech Republic's labor legislation, aimed at safeguarding migrant's labor rights and addressing existing violations and abuses in the sector.
