Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by Archbishop of Prague Jan Graubner

07 August, 2024

On August 7, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by Archbishop of Prague Jan Graubner. Reference was made to the process of normalization of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, as well as to the continuous threats against Armenia by Azerbaijan.

The Ambassador noted that as a result of the ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh with the use of force by Azerbaijan in September 2023, the Armenian cultural and spiritual heritage in Nagorno-Karabakh is currently subjected to continuous destruction, desecration and appropriation.
