On June 20, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received in Belgrade by Tamara Rastovac Siamašvili, Assistant Minister for Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, and Katarina Lalić Smajević, Assistant Minister for Multilateral Cooperation.

Cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats and ways of their activation were discussed. The Serbian side was presented with the situation in the region as a result of Azerbaijan's aggression and the occupation of the sovereign territory of Armenia, as well as the efforts of the Republic of Armenia aimed at normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
