On April 12, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the First Vice President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jiří Růžička and Senator Václav Chaloupek, the Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Human Rights and Petitions and the Chairperson of the Standing Senate Commission on Media. The sides made a wide reference to the experience of cooperation between the parties within the framework of parliamentary diplomacy and the issues on the bilateral agenda, as well as discussed the forthcoming plans on possible exchanges. The Ambassador briefed the interlocutors on the latest developments in the region and their consequences.
