On January 20, Ambassador Ashot Hovakimian was received by the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament Marek Ženíšek. The parties summed up the activities and subsequent results achieved during the previous years within the framework of Armenia-Czech Republic parliamentary diplomacy. The prospects and formats of further cooperation with the newly-formed lower chamber of the Czech parliament were outlined. The interlocutors also discussed a wide range of issues related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the recent Artsakh war and post-war developments, as well as touched upon the current geopolitical realities in the European and Caucasus regions.
