Speaker of the National Council of the Republic of Slovakia Andrej Danko Visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide

On November 3, the Speaker of the National Council of the Republic of Slovakia Andrej Danko and the members of the Delegation led by him being in Yerevan on an official visit accompanied by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov and the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide.

On behalf of the National Council of Slovakia Andrej Danko and the members of the Delegation laid a wreath at the Armenian Genocide monument, flowers at the eternal fire and in silence honoured the memory of Holy martyrs.

The guests had been at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got familiarized with the documents and left a note in the Book of Memorable Guests.

Andrej Danko, sharing his impressions, noted: “Expressing my sympathy and bowing with respect before this monument I never try to hide my tears.”
